This was Ben Chase's second band. "Experimenting with funk, rock and jazz within a song structure at such an early stage of my musical life was the best thing I did to shape my future influences and aspirations. Thank god covers didn't come into the picture (until later!)."
Existence used to play at the Brewery Alehouse, Leopold, OBH, Cagneys, Coronados, Geraldton heaps of parties and functions. Last gig was at Curtin University with all six members.

We had a psychedelic home studio over the road from the beach with red carpet walls where we recorded 5 songs. This was where Ben Chase started recording/producing. There were of coarse heaps of other recordings on 4 tracks and live recordings but the 5 songs resulting from the "red room" were the only decent quality ones.
